Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. and Mrs. Sorman' s claim in the amount of $96.78. Claimant, Mitch Tardiff, requests payment of damages sustained to his vehicle when a City of Saint Paul Department of Community Services, Parks Division, vehicle backed into him on May 13, 1974.
