RESOLVED, That upon executi.pn and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. David J. Sorman and Mayra Sorman the sum of $96.78
in full settlement of their claim of damages sustained
on or about December 6, 1974, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on
January 9, 1975.
2. Bernice Schapiro the sum of $600.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
August 1, 1974, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on September 5, 1974.
3. Mitch Tardiff the sum of $52.90 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about Ma.y 13,
1974, as more particularly set out in a communication
to the City Council on August 14, 1974.

BERNICE SCHAPIRO; AND MITCH TARDIFF
Claimants David J. 5oraean and Mayra Sorman request
payment of damages sustained as the result of an auto
accident with a City of Saint Paul Fire Department
vehicle. Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses
are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. and Mrs. Sorman' s claim
in the amount of $96.78.
Claimant, Bernice Schapiro, requests reimbursement for
medical bills incurred as a result of her fall on the
sidewalk at 1951 Pinehurst Avenue. Liability is on the
part of the City. This office approves the settlement
of Ms. Schapiro' s claim in the amount of $600.00.
Claimant, Mitch Tardiff, requests payment of damages
sustained to his vehicle when a City of Saint Paul
Department of Community Services, Parks Division, vehicle
backed into him on May 13, 1974. Liability is on the
part of the City. This off ice approves the settlement
of Mr. Tardiff' s claim in the amount of $52.90.
