THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: - -- Section 1, That Ordinance No, 3250, approved August 20, 1914, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by atriking out of Section 6 where it appears in Grade 30 of the "Police Group" the title of Police Officer; and by inserting this title in Grade 31 of the "Police G r oup". Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
