The north-south portion of the atley abutting Lots 1 through 4 is unimproved and unassessed, although it is driveable. It would be preferable to vacate the entire north-south portion of the alley abutting Lots 1 through 4. But, since that is not feasible, the Department of Public Works has no objections to vacating only the portion abutting I,ot 4, for the following reasons: L The vacation will not alter the current use of the remaining portion of alley abutting L.ots 1 through 3. 2.
