Section 22.08 (1)(b) of the Saint Paul Legislative � Code is hereby amended so as to r�ad as follows: "(b) Temporary permission shall be allowed for a banner sign for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, providing said permission is approved as to the sign' s location, size, design and hanging by the Bureau." Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
