RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Director of the Department
of Finance and Management Services are hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Saint Paul a General Release
in favor of the Celotex Corporation in consideration of said
Corporation paying to the City the penal sum of Thirteen Hundred
Twenty ($1320.00) Dollars as provided in the Celotex Corporation' s
Barrett Roofing Bond No. 21658 covering the roof of the Sun-Ray
Branch Library.
