WHEREAS, the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement has
requested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider the ad-
visability and necessity of the correction or wrecking and removal of
the following described building, said structure having been reported
to constitute a public hazard:
714 Bradley West 70 feet of Lot 2 , Two-Story Frame
Block 3, Sub. of and Addn. Dwelling
to Irvine's Out Lots
WHEREAS , it appears that the last known record owner of said build-
ing is the M. L. Berg, Inc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and be-
fore the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber of the
Court House in said city at 1Oz00 A.M. on February 20 , 1975 , to consider
the advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and
removal of said structure on the above described propErt�r inas�uch as said
structure is regorted to constitute a hazard to public health, safety and

FURTHE R RESOLVED, that the Division of Housing and Building Code En-
force�nent, on behalf of the City Council, notify by mail the record owner
of the property in question at the last known address , as well as other
interested persons of record, of the date and time of the hearing.
