RESOLVED, Tha.t for the purpose of funding that portion of the
Capital Improvement Budget for 1975 for water pollution abatement
sewer projects, and pursua.nt to the authority granted to the City
of Saint Paul by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 115, the Council of
the City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize the issua.nce and sale
of General Obligation Bonds of the City of Saint Paul in the par
value of $4,000,000.00; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, Tha.t the Director of the Department of
Fina.nce and Management Services is hereby authorized and directed
to initiate prepa.ration of the appropriate documents looking toward
the sale of such bonds and report back to the Council' s Subcommittee
on Finance and Sinking Funds .
