This property is further described as follows: Lot 8 and North 12 feet of Lot 9, Block 1, Warren and McDowell's Subdivision of Block 4, Rogers and Hendrick's Acre Lots. This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on November 7, 1974, at which time staff recommended approval of the appeal because of the unusual topography of the lot. The legal setback for the home is 27 feet, The distance from the setback line to the front of the garage is 15 feet, or 5 feet short of the footage required. D.
