This property is further described as follows: Lots 11 and 12, Block 21, St. Paul Proper. This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on November 21, 1974, at which time staff reported there were no objections from the various City departments, and staff recommended approval of the permit. When asked when this restaurant would be open for business, Mr. Dolan, representing the applicant, said around February 1, 1975. A motion to recommend approval of the permit carried unanimously.
