RESOLVED, that upon the execution of a Rielease of
all claims in a form approved by the City Attorney the
proper city officers are hereby authorized and directed
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-420-000
to Robert Dean Jones the sum of One Hundred Twenty-five
(125.00) Dollars in full settlement of his claim for
damages arising out of an arrest anc7. detention that
occurred on or about July 26, 1972 and as more fully
set out in the Notice of Claim presented to the Council
on August 17, 1972.
