WHEREAS� Jeanette and Leo Mouchet� awners of the property
located at 1615 East Ivy Averiue� whieh property is to be acquired
by the City for the Prosperity Heights Recreation Center Site
Expansion Pro�ect� have submitted a claim for reimbursement fibr
the cost of a private appraisal of the said property in accordance
with Chapter 87B of the St. Paul Legislative Code; and
WI�REAS, the City Valuation Engineer has recommended paymen�
in the amount of �100.00 for said clai.m; now� therefore� be it
RESOLVED, That in aceordance with Section 87B of the St. Paul
Le�islative Cod.e� the proper City officials are hereby authorized to
pay to Eldon M. Robey� Real Estate Appraiser, for services rendered
on behalf of Jeanette and Leo Mouchet� the sum of $100.00, said sum
to bepaid fro�n the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund No. 60000-
501-000 (L-7559-1) and to be reimbursed f`rom Fund No. 93772-�U-013
and FZZnd No. g3o73-�+6o-olg.

Claim for reimbursement for cost of priva.te
appraisals at 1615 E. Ivy Avenue.
A claim for reimbursement was requested by awners of the cited property,
which property is required for the subject improvement. Said claim was
submitted puxsuant to Section 87B of the St. Pa.ul Legislative Cod.e, which
provides for such reimbursement.
I recommend approval of the authorization of the payment of said claim�
and submit herewith, for your approval and submission to the City Council,
a resolution authorizing said payment.
