RESOLVED, that upon the execution of a Release of All
Claims in a form approved by the City Attorney, the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out
of the Tort Liability Fund, Og070-420-000, to Paul Rother
and John S. Gonnolly, his attorney, the sum of Two Hundred � -
Fifty and no�100 Dollars (�250.00) in full settlement of his
claim for damages sustained as a result of an arrest and
----�__ auto accident that occurred on or about February 22, 1973,
�he facts of said arrest being more fully set out in the
Notice of Claim presented to the Council on March 23, 1973.
