Check Off - Fair Share . �� ����,�� A. The Employer agrees to deduct the Union membership initiation fee assessments and once each month dnes from the pay of those employees who individually request in writing t hat such deductions be made. The amounts to be deducted shall be ctrtified to the Employer by a representative �of the Union and the aggregate deduc- tions of all employees shall be remitted together with an itemized statement to the representative by the first of the succeeding month after such deductions are made or as soon thereafter as is�possible. t � B. Any preseat or future employee who is aot a Union member shall be required to tontribute a fair share fee for services rendered by the Union. Upon notification .by the Union, the employer shall check off said fee from the earnings of the employee and transmit the same to the Union.
