WHEREAS, the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement
has requested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider
the advisability and necessity of the correction or wrecking and re-
moval of the following described buildings , said structures having
been reported to constitute a public hazard:
1897 Hewitt Lot 11, Block 5, Two story frame dwell-
Midway Heights Addn. ing and frame garage
WHEREAS , it appears that the last known record owner of said
buildings is Gary O. Langerud et al.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber
of the Court House in said city at 1.0 :00 A.M. on January i6., 1975 to
consider the advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or
wrecking and removal of said structures on the above described property
inasmuch as said structures are reported to �onstitute a hazard to
public health, safety and welfare; be it
FURTHE R RESOLVED, that the Division of Housing and Building Code
Enforcement, on behalf of the City Council , notity by mail the record
owner of the property in question at the last known address, 'as well
as other interested persons of recc�rd, of the date and time of the
hearing.
