The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On June 5, 2001, the Office of LIEP was notified that your liquor liability insurance would be canceled as of 3une 14, 2001 at 12:01 a.m. On June 13, 2001, LIEP verified that no reinstatement had taken place. On June 15, 2001 a letter was hand-delivered to the establishment advising you to discontinue serving alcohol until you showed proof of replacement coverage. On June 18, 2001 the license inspector confirmed that yoa are still serving alcoholic beverages, yet LIEP has received no information regarding reinstatement of your insurance coverage or replacement coverage. If you do not dispute the above facts please send me a letter with a statement to that effect. The matter will then be scheduled for a hearing before the St. Paul City Council to determine what penalty, if any, to impose. You will have an opportunity to appear and speak on your own behalf, or to have someone appear there for you. The recommendation of the licensing office is for a 10-day suspension of your license pursuant to the penalty matrix contained in St. Paul Legislative Code §409.26. However, if you continue to serve alcohol without the appropriate liquor liability insurance, the recommendation will be for revocation of your license. The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On June 5, 2001, the Office of LIEP was notified that your liquor liability insurance would be canceled as of 3une 14, 2001 at 12:01 a.m. On June 13, 2001, LIEP verified that no reinstatement had taken place. On June 15, 2001 a letter was hand-delivered to the establishment advising you to discontinue serving alcohol until you showed proof of replacement coverage. On June 18, 2001 the license inspector confirmed that yoa are still serving alcoholic beverages, yet LIEP has received no information regarding reinstatement of your insurance coverage or replacement coverage. If you do not dispute the above facts please send me a letter with a statement to that effect. The matter will then be scheduled for a hearing before the St. Paul City Council to determine what penalty, if any, to impose. The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On June 5, 2001, the Office of LIEP was notified that your liquor liability insurance would be canceled as of 3une 14, 2001 at 12:01 a.m. On June 13, 2001, LIEP verified that no reinstatement had taken place. On June 15, 2001 a letter was hand-delivered to the establishment advising you to discontinue serving alcohol until you showed proof of replacement coverage. On June 18, 2001 the license inspector confirmed that yoa are still serving alcoholic beverages, yet LIEP has received no information regarding reinstatement of your insurance coverage or replacement coverage. If you do not dispute the above facts please send me a letter with a statement to that effect. The matter will then be scheduled for a hearing before the St. Paul City Council to determine what penalty, if any, to impose. You will have an opportunity to appear and speak on your own behalf, or to have someone appear there for you. The recommendation of the licensing office is for a 10-day suspension of your license pursuant to the penalty matrix contained in St. Paul Legislative Code §409.26. However, if you continue to serve alcohol without the appropriate liquor liability insurance, the recommendation will be for revocation of your license.
