RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEIGHBORHOOD STAR LOAN AND GRANT
FOR 920 SELBY RENOVATION, INC.

WHEREAS, on June 18, 2001, the Neighborhood STAR Board reviewed a requestforthe
renovation of 920 Selby Avenue for assistance through the Neighborhood STAR Year Round
Program; and
WHEREAS, the STAR funds will be matched on at least a one to one basis, and will be used
to renovate both commercial space, and three units of residential space at 920 Selby; and
WHEREAS, the PED Credit Committee has reviewed the proposal, and the Neighborhood
STAR Board has recommended up to a$96,750 STAR loan and a$32,250 STAR grant for the
project, and has further recommended approval by the Mayor and City Council; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, and with the advice of the
Neighborhood STAR Board, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve a STAR
Year Round loan in the amount of up to $96,750 and a STAR Year Round Grant of up to $32,250
for the 920 Selby Renovation project; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the STAR Budget Financing and Spending Plan be amended as
identified below;
