The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On November 8, 2000, a letter was sent to you by the Office of LIEP advising you that the second half of your 2000-01 liquor fees were due, along with late fees. Although you made the payment of the license fees, you failed to make the late fees payment of $600.00 and these fees were not waived. Additionally, you owe a$10 alarm permit fee. If you do not dispute the above facts, please send me a letter admitting that they are true. The matter will then be scheduled for a hearing before the Saint Paul City Council to determine what penalty, if any, is appropriate. The recommendation from the licensing office is for the immediate suspension of your On-Sale Liquor license until all late fees have been paid in full.
