The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On December 13, 2000 you were notified that your Tree Trimmer and vehicle license for work done in the City of Saint Paul had expired. You were advised that without payment of the fees within seven days that your license would be marked "out of business". No fees have been received, nor have you notified the Office of LIEP that you are no longer working in Saint Paul. If you do not dispute the above facts, please send me a letter with a statement to that effect. The matter will then be scheduled for a hearing before the Saint Paul City Council to determine what penalty, if any, to impose. You will have an opportunity to appear before the Council and make a statement on your own behalf. The recommendation from the licensing office is for the immediate suspension of your license until all license fees and late fees have been paid in full. You may also pay the sum to the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection immediately to take caze of this matter. The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On December 13, 2000 you were notified that your Tree Trimmer and vehicle license for work done in the City of Saint Paul had expired. You were advised that without payment of the fees within seven days that your license would be marked "out of business". No fees have been received, nor have you notified the Office of LIEP that you are no longer working in Saint Paul. If you do not dispute the above facts, please send me a letter with a statement to that effect. The matter will then be scheduled for a hearing before the Saint Paul City Council to determine what penalty, if any, to impose. You will have an opportunity to appear before the Council and make a statement on your own behalf. The recommendation from the licensing office is for the immediate suspension of your license until all license fees and late fees have been paid in full. You may also pay the sum to the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection immediately to take caze of this matter.
