RESOLVED, that upon the execution of a Release
of All Claims against the City of Saint Paul and its empZoyee,
Robert Bierman, the proper city officers are hereby authorized
and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-420-000
to David B. Carlson and Stuart E. Gale, attorney, the sum of
Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars in partial settlement of .Da.vid B.
Carlson' s claim for damages sustained as a result of an accident
that occurred on August 11, 1971, the details of which were
more fully set out in the claim presented to the Council
September 7, 19T1. Said settlement including all claims of
David B. Carlson arising out of said accident except property
damage to his vehicle in excess of $100.00.
