RESOLVED, that upon filing in District Court of a Stipulation
of Dismissal with Prejudice of plaintiffs' cause of action against
the City of Saint Paul in the case of "Julie Monroe, a minor, by
Beatrice L. Nelson, her mother and natural guardian, and Beatrice L.
Nelson, individually, vs. The City of St. Paul, a municipal
corporation; et al; and upon the execution of an Indemnifying
Release by Julie Monroe and Beatrice L. Nelson, the proper city
officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund 09070-420-000 to Beatrice L. Nelson, as parent
and natural quardian of Julie Monroe, a minor, and Jerome D. Ciresi,
attorney, the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars in full settlement
of their claim for damages sustained as a result of an accident
that occurred on or about October 6, 1973 and as more fully set
out in the Notice of Claim presented to the Council on October 23,
1973.
