OLD HLTDSON ROAD from Birmingham Street to approximately 400 feet
west of McKnight Road.
Also, acquire permanent easements for street and highway purposes on,
over and across the following described lands:

' as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said tract; thence
south along the eas[ line of said tract a_ distance of 831.45 feet
