WHEREAS, The Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement incurred two hundred ninety-five dollars and ninety-five cents aba�ing . such nuisance ; WHEREAS , It appears that the last known record owner of said property is as follows : , Robert R. Anderson, 1019 Selby Ave . , St . Paul , Minn. WHEREAS, It appear_s Robe:rt R. Andersan has h,een. g�ue� - - notice to be heard at this public hearing pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter; therefore, be it R�ESOLVED , That pursuant to Chapter 56 .06 of the St . As sufficient time did not exist for proper notice to the affected premises , ehe necessary ateps to remove and abate the nuisance, pursuant to Section 56.06 of the St . Paul Legislative Code, Nere taken. The costs for the abatement at 1039 Selby Ava. , as describ ed by the Public �lorks Department Nere �295.95. i A hearing before tha City Council has been set for Oecembe��19 , i 1974 , to determine whether the costs incurred by Division shall be assessed against the property.
