RESOLVED, That Daniel Primoli be and hereby is granted
a permit to install a 28-car parking lot on property located
on the north side of Old Hudson Road between Van Dyke and
Hazel, more particularly described as follows :
West 80 feet of Lots 3 and 4, Block
6, Hudson Road Gardens;
all in accordance with plans dated Received September 26, 1974;
subject to a 6-foot fence being put up; further subject to the
condition that said applicant-permittee, and his successors
and assigns, shall make due compliance with all applicable
provisions of municipal ordinances, state statutes and rule s and
regulations of public authorities having cognizance.

Dear Madam:
This is written in response to the application of Daniel Pri.moli
for a permit to install a 28-car parking lot on property located on
the north side of Old Hudson Road between Van Dyke and Hazel. This
property is further described as follows:
West 80 feet of Lots 3 and 4, Block 6, Hudson Road Gardens.
This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on October 17, 1974, at
which time staff recommended approval of the permit.
There was discussion between the neighbors and the applicant's represent-
ative about a privacy fence and the grade of the property in relation
to the road.
A motion was ma.de to recomanend approval of the permit contingent upon
a 6-foot fence being put up. The motion was seconded and carried
unanimously.

B. AREA ZONING: Property on the north side of Wilson on both sides of Hazel is
zoned "C-1" Residential. On the south side of Wilson, both sides are zaned
"C" Residential, with the exception of a parcel zoned Co�ercial. The
subject property is zoned Commercial. There is a large parcel zoned "C"
Residence on Old Hudson Road between Van Dyke an.d Hazel. The rest of the
area is primarily "A" Residential.

F. AREA CONDITIONS: The Ramada Inn Motel comple�z and the Old Lakes and Piaes
motel exist on the south side of O1d Hudson Road between White Bear Avenue and ,
Aazel. Three gas stations occupy the corners of White Bear and O1d Hudson
Road. To the north, the area is developed residentially.

Dear Madam:
This is written in response to the application of Daniel Primoli
for a permit to install a 28-car parking lot on property located on
the north side of Old Hudson Road between Van Dyke and Hazel. This
property is further described as follows:
West 80 feet of Lots 3 and 4, Block 6, Hudson Road Gardens.
This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on October 17, 1974, at
which time staff recommended approval of the permit.
There was discussion between the neighbors and the applicant's represent-
ative about a privacy fence and the grade of the property in relation
to the road.
A motion was made to recommend approval of the permit contingent upon
a 6-foot fence being put up. The motion was seconded and carried
unanimously.

as 342 Ramsey Street and situated
upon those premises legally described
as Lot 17, Whitacre, Brisbane &
Mullins' Subdivision of Lots 1 & 2
of Leechs addition of outlots to the
town of Saint Paul, according to the
plat thereof on f ile and of record
in the office of the Register of
Deeds in and for the County of Ramsey,
State of Minnesota.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution C.F. 264546, approved November
14, 1974, a public hearing was scheduled for 10:�0 a.m. on November
21, 1974 before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, said hearing
pertaining to the condition of the structures located at 342 Ramsey
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, upon facts presented at said hearing consisting of
photographs, inspection reports and the recommendation of the
Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement it is found and
determined by the City Council that according to the records and
files in the office of the Register of Deeds, the last record owners
of the above described property are Dean N. Sausser and Paul R.
Hedberg; and that there are no lienholders of record; and that it
is further determined that the above described building constitutes
a hazardous building within the definition of Minnesota Statubes
Section 463.15 for the following reasons:
