release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
1. Bruce Bramer the sum of $55.00 in full settlement
� of his claim of dama,ges sustained on or �out
August 19, 1974, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on Octaber 17, 1974.
2. . Mrs. Judith Zaruba the sum of $67.16 in �ull settle-
ment of her claim of dama.ges sustained on or about
October 12, 1974, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on October 30, 1974.
3. Margaret Ma,ry Brodrick the sum of $22.07 in full
settlement of �er claim of damages sustained on or
about �ctober 8, 1974, as more particularly set out
in a communieation. to the City Council on October 24, 1974.
' 4. Joseph G. Stiepan the sum of $78.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
October 9, 1974, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on November l� 1974.

Claimant, Bruce Bramer, was involved in an automobile
accident with a Department of Public �orks vehicle on
August 19, 1974. Expenses are for the repair of his
da.maged vehicie. Liability is on the pa rt of the
City. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Bramer' s
claim in .the amount of $55.00.
Claimant, Mrs. J�adith Zaruba, had an automobile accident
as the result of a chuck hole at the intersection of
Ha.mline and Dayton Avenues on October 12, 1974. Liability
is on the pa rt of the City. This office approves the
' settlement of Mrs. Zaruba' s claim in the amount of $67.16.
Claiman� Margaret Mary Brodrick, damaged her automobile
as the result of hitting a curb iron sticking out at the
corner of Jefferson and Colborne. Liability is on the
part of the City. This office approves the settlement
� of M�. Brodrick' s claim in the amount of $22.07.
Claimant, Joseph G. Stiepan, requests reimbursement for
injuries susta ined as the result of a sidewalk fa lldown
on October 9, 1974, on Dayton near Moore Street. Liability
is on the �a rt of the City. This office approves the
settlement of Mr. Stiepan' s claim in the amount of $78.00.
