WHEREAS, the Burlington-Northern Clown $and entertains various
groups--senior citizens, the mentally ret�rded, crippled children, etc.--
throughout the year at functions in St. Paul and the surrounding Twin
Cities area, and
WHEREAS, the members of the Burlington-Nforthern C1own Band spend
countless hours each year performing before �ppreciative and enthusiastic
audiences; and now, therefore, be it ',
RESOLVED, that the city of St. Paul doe� hereby commend and thank
the Burlington-Northern C1own Band and their sponsor, the Burlington-
Northern Ra.ilroad, for their contribution to the happiness of the people
of St. Paul.
