WHEREAS, Pursua.nt to Ordina.nce No. 15881, approved August 29,
1975, the City Council of Saint Paul establishec� fees for all permits,
applications, and appeals necessary to administer the Zoning Code by
Council Resolutions 266252, 266253, 266�54, and 266255; and

WHEREAS, Said Council Resolutions ma.de no provision for refund
of said fees in accordance with Sections 64.203 and 64.204 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code; now, therefore, be it •
RESOLVED, Tha.t all or a portion of the fees for permits, appli-
cations, and appeals under the Zoning Code ma.y bQ refunded by the
appropriate agency of the City of Sain���'a�al whe�re said permits,
� applications, or appeals are withdrawn before th� City has incurred
more than incidental expense in connection therewrith. To the extent,
however, that actua.l costs have been incurred by 'the City in process-
ing a particular permit, application, or appeal, or ma.y be attributed
to the processing of a pa.rticular permit, application, or appeal,
such actua.l costs ma.y be subtracted from the refund amount.
