WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution, C. F. 26650i2, approved
December 18, 1975, a public hearing was scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
on December 30, 1975, before the Council of the Gity of Saint
Paul, said hearing pertaining to the condition of the structure
located at 680-684 Selby Avenue, Saint Paul, Minniesota; and
WHEREAS, upon facts presented at said hearin;g consisting
of photographs, inspection reports and the reco�dendation of the
Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement, it is found
and determined by the City Council that according to the records
and files in the office of the Register of Deeds, the last
record owner of the above described property is �Iidway National

3. In the event that the building is to be �azed by the
City of Saint Paul pursuant to judgment of the Di�trict Court,
all personal property or fixtures which may unrea'sonably inter-
fere with the razin and removal of this building shall be
removed within ten �10) days from the entry of judgment; and
if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul shall remove and
dispose of such personal property and fixtures as provided
by law;
4. If the City of Saint Paul is compelled to take any
corrective action herein, all necessary costs expended by the
City will be assessed against the above described real estate
and collected as other taxes; and be it
FURTHER R�SOLVEU, that a certified copy of this resolution
and incorporat�d Order herein be served upon the last record
owners of the above described property in the manner provided
by law.

WHEREAS, The Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement .
has requested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider
the advisability and necessity of the correction or wrecking and re-
moval of the following described building, said structure having been
reported to constitute a public hazard: �

No. & So. lines of Lot l Residential
& measuring 1. 67 ft on N. Building
line & 2. 42 ft on S . lines ,
also Lots 1 & 2 , Block 6 ,
Holcombe's Addition,
WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owners are the
Schwarz Properties , Inc. , 1117 Commerce Building, St. Paul, Minnesota. I
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and be-
fore the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber of
the Court House in said city at 10 :00 A.M. on December :iQ, 1975 to con-
sider the advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or
wrecking and removal of said structure on the above described property
inasmuch as said structure is reported to constitute a hazard to public
health, safety and welfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Division of Housing and Building Code En-
forcement, on behalf of the City Council , notify by mail the record
owners of the property in question at the last known address , as well
as other interested persons of record, of the date and time of the hearing.
