RESOLVED, That pursuant to the authority granted to the Council of the City of
Saint Paul by Minnesota Statutes, Section 169. 14, Subd. 5a, and in accordance with the
provisions thereof, and based upon an enginee�ing and tralFfic investigation as
prescribed by the Comnissioner of Highways, the Council does hereby establish a 20
mile per hour school speed limit for the Homecroft school zone, and the proper City
officials shall erect appropriate stgns designating the speed and indicating the
beginn�j and end of the reduced speed zone on the fotlowing streets which abut the
school grounds or estabtished school crossings:
On Edgcumbe Road from 150 feet south of Sheridan Avenue to 50 feet south of
Chicago-Milwaukee Railroad Tracks.
