RESOLVED, Tha.t pursua.nt to Laws 1969, Cha.pter 1138, the Council
of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the appointment by the
Ma.yor of Mr. Hal Kosanke, Director of Civic Affairs, 3M Corporation,
to fill the unexpired four-year term of John Whitcomb on the Saint
Paul Civic Center Authority, said term to expire July 1, 1977.
