WHEREAS, the City' s Comrrrunity Development Year I which is
on a fiscal year ends Ma.y 8, 1976; and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that at tlhe end of Cocm�na.nity
Development Year I there will be unexpend�d funds available
for reallocation by the City Council in a�cordance with the
rules and regulations adopted by the Department of Housing and
Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, in considering and approving
the City' s application for Cocrnnunity Deve�.opment Year II has
established priorities for consideration �n the realloca.tion
of `such unexpended funds at the end of Cocnmunity Development
Year I; and ,
WHEREAS, because the City Council cannot reallocate un-
expended Community Development Year I funds until the end of
the fiscal �ear I, however, the Council d�sires to go on
record as indicating and establishing its list of additional
prog�- �c� v��l� b� -considerec� when tl^i� �ity Council is in
a position to reallocate such funds; now, ', therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the Ci�y of Saint Paul does
hereby approve for consideration for fund ng with unexpended
Cotnmunity Development Year I funds when s�w.ch funds become
available for reallocation the projects l�sted on the attached
Exhibit A, which exhibit is ma.de a part o� this resolution and
incorporated herein.
