MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
Thi�s Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter "MOU") is made and entered into this
2 I day of � �r �> 2001, by and between the City of Saint Paul (hereinafter "City"),
and the Tri-Council, Local 120, Loca149 and Local 132 (hereinafter "Tri-Council") to
increase the compensation of certain Park Aides employed by the City in the Pazks & Rec
Department Operations Section and at the Como Zoo and Conservatory Campus on the
date of this agreement.
The parties understand and agree to the following:
Certified Pazk Aides employed by the City in the Pazks & Rec Department Operations
Section and at the Como Zoo and Conservatory Campus who are at Step 1 or Step 2
of the salary schedule on the date of this agreement shall be moved to Step 3 of the
salary schedule effective May 19, 2001 and shall continue at that rate through
December 31, 2001.
No other terms and conditions of employment for the above employees are changed
by tYus MOU.
3 No precedent is established by this MOU.
