WHEREAS, 146 public and private schools throughout the State of
Minnesota participate in the sport of hockey; and
WHEREAS, these 146 hockey teams compete for an opportunity to
represent one of the eight sections at the Minnesota State High School
Hockey Tournament; and
WHEREAS, Hill-Murray High School was successful in becoming the
representative team of Section 3; and
WHEREAS, Hill-Murray was successful in reaching the semi-finals
of the State High School Hockey Championship; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul offers its congratulations to
all the members of the Hill-Murray hockey team and their coach, Terry
Skrypek, for this achievement.
