RESOLVED, That a Release of All Claims having been executed by
Clifford Edward LeClair for the damages he su�tained when his motor
vehicle was struck by a City vehicle at the intersection of Topping
and Dale Streets on Ma,rch 24, 1975, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay to Clifford Edward LeClair
out of Tort Liability Fund No. 09070-511-000, the sum of Twelve
Hundred ($1,200.00) Dollars in full settlemen� of his claim arising
out of said accident.

RE: Claim of Clifford Edward LeClair
Mr. LeClair' s claim arose out of an accident on Ma.rch 24,
1975, when he was driving his motor vehicle northbound on
Dale Street, a through street, and the vehicle was struck
by a City vehicle at the intersection of Dale and Topping.
The operator of the City vehicle, Edward Tierney, said tha.t
he was proceeding westbound on Topping and stopped for the
stop sign at Dale, tha.t he failed to see Mr. LeClair' s car
and proceeded into the intersection and struck the passen-
ger' s side of Mr. LeClair' s vehicle. According to the
estima.tes provided, Mr. LeClair' s vehicle was damaged in
excess of $1,200.00.
