WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution, C. F. 266460, approved
December 10, 1975, a public hearing was scM.eduled for 10:00 a.m.
on December 11, 1975, before the Council of the City of Saint
Paul, said hearing pertaining to the condition of the structure
located at 974 Hague Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, upon facts presented at said hearing consisting
of photographs, inspection reports and the recommenda.tion of the
Division of Housing and Building Code Enfo�cement, it is found
and determined by the City Council that aceording to the record-s
and f iles in the off ice of the Regis�er of Deeds, the last record
owaner of the above described property is Katherine S. Skadron;
and that there are no lien holders of record; and that it is
further determined that the above described building constitutes
a hazardous building within the definition', of Minnesota 8tatutes
Section 463.15 for the following reasons: l

3. In the event that the building is to be razed by the
City of Saint Paul pursuant to judgment of the District Court,
all personal property or fixtures which ma.y unreasonably inter-
fere with the razin and removal of this building shall be
removed within ten �10) days from the entry of judgment; and
if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul shall remove and
dispose of such persona.l property and fixtures as provid�d
by law;
4. If the City of Saint Paul is compelled to take any
corrective action herein, all necessary costs expended by the
City will be assessed against the above described real estate
and collected as other taxes; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolution
and incorporated Order herein be served upon the last record
owner of the above described property in the manner provided
by law.

The Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement is hereby sub-
mitting its report on the condition of the structure at the location
referred to above.
The owners of record are Kathexine S. Barke, 974 Hague, St. Paul.
The legal description of the property is :
Except alley West 10 feet of Lot l and
All of Lot 2, Block 4, Forepaugh's Add-
ition A.
Due to age, improper maintenance and decay, this building is beyond
feasible rehabilitation. The doors and windows are open, the build-
ing is full of trash and the building has been vandalized. The porches
are decayed and dangerous, the plumbing, electrical systems have been
remo ed and broken, the interior walls are broken and cracked, the
kit en cabinets have been removed and the exterior stucco is missing,
cr ked and deteriorated.
