RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on theBixteenth day of March, 1976 , at the hour of ten o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Director of Finance give notice of said meetings,as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed. PAUL � � DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES ASSESSMENT DIVISION 113 CITY HALL ST.PAUL,MINNESOTA 55102 February 27, 1976 File 17805A, Page File 17805B, Page You are hereby notiffed that the Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House at 10:00 a.m, on March 16, 1976 at which the City of St. Paul progoses to assess the benefits arising from Demolition of Vacant Buildings in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 through 463.26; also Boarding-up of Vacant Buildings and Summary Abatement of Nuisances, which work h8s .alreadv been completed. It is Qroposed that each of the following lots or parcels be assessed as follows: Lot Block Addition Assessment Within twenty days after the order adopting the assessment, any person may appeal to the District Court by filing a notice of appeal with the City Clerk stating the grounds upon which Che appeal is taken. Such notice shall be filed with the Clerk of the District Court within ten days after the filing with the City Clerk. (Charter Section 14.01.4) Failure to file the required notices within times specified shall forever prohibit an appeal from the assessme� . You are invited to meet with the technical advisors in the City Council Chambers between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. the same day as the hearing. For additional information, please call the Department of Community Services at 298-4828. It is further recommended that you attend this public hearing to afford you the opportunity to make your views, both pro and con, known to the City Council. To comply with the City Charter, the Department of Finance and Management Services is charged with informing you of this public hearing. THIS IS Na'T A BILL.
