This portion of the street is unimproved and there is a steep grade change between this portion of the street and the street to the west. Currenfly Hill Street to the west drains across the proposed vacated area. Hill Street to the west is currently ciassified as an oiled or paved alley for maintenance purposes. There is no sanitary sewer currently available to the abutting property. The Department of Pubiic Works has no objections to the proposed vacation subject to the following: 1. A permanent drainage easement shall be retained on, over, under and across the vacated area, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works and subject to the foliowing conditions: a. No buildings, structures, or trees are pernutted within the easement area, nor any temporary structure, material storage, fixture, or other objects that will prohibit normal access to utility facilities for maintenance purposes. b. This portion of the street is unimproved and there is a steep grade change between this portion of the street and the street to the west. Currenfly Hill Street to the west drains across the proposed vacated area. Hill Street to the west is currently ciassified as an oiled or paved alley for maintenance purposes. There is no sanitary sewer currently available to the abutting property. The Department of Pubiic Works has no objections to the proposed vacation subject to the following: 1. A permanent drainage easement shall be retained on, over, under and across the vacated area, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works and subject to the foliowing conditions: a.
