RESOLVED, that a Release having been executed by
the representatives of decedent Gertrude Freiseis for water
damage to her property at 1571 East Maryland Avenue occurring
on and after June 30, 1975 because of the City's acts in
constructing a storm drain outlet near the property that
resulted in flooding of the property during a rain storm,
the proper city officers are hereby authoriaed and directed
to pay to Josephine Martignacco and Frederick Langenfeld,
personal representatives of the estate of Gertrude Freiseis,
and Fred Fisher, Attorney, the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars in full settlement for the damages sustained, the
claim for which survives Mrs. Freiseis' death. Charge to
Tort Liability Fund No. 09070-511-000.
