RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attor.'ney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Anderson Purnell the sum of $2.00 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about May 27,
1976, as more particularly set out in a communica-
tion to the City Council on June 8, 1976.
2. Lynn G. Lindsay the sum of $600.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
January 11, 1976, as more particularly set out in a
, communication to the City Council on February 24,
1976.

CLAIMS A�'.AINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL �
BY ANDERSON PURNELL AND LYNN G. LINDSAY
Claimant, Anderson Purnell, requests reimbursement for
a thermometer which was broken when he went to pick it
up from the police property room. Liability is on the
party of the City. This office approves the settlement
of Mr. Purnell' s claim in the amount of $2.00.
Claimant, Lynn G. Lindsay, requests reimbursement for
damages to his automobile which was involved in an
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Public Works snow plow. Mr. Lindsay' s daughter,
Dana Lindsay, was driving the vehicle at the time of
this accident. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Lindsay' s
claim in the amount of $600.00.
