WHEREAS, it has been the St. Paul City Council 's purpose in the
case of the Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, Inc. to obtain an impact
study, and .
I�HEREAS, the presiding judge in his ruling dated July 19, 1976,
in the case involving Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, Inc. vs. the City
of St. Paul, implied that a six month impact study was possibly unreasonable,
and placed an unreasonable monitary burden on Planned Parenthood of Minnesota,
Inc. , in terms of its length, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council directs the Mayor and City Attorney ,
