RE OLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
directe to execute a four-month Lease Agreement between the City and
Mr. Ja s Speckman for the lease of office space at 741 Selby Avenue
for us by the City's Youth Service Bureau at a rental rate of $175
per mo th; a copy of said Agreement to be kept on file in the Department
