W EREAS , the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement
has re uested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider
the ad isability and necessity of the correction or wrecking and re-
moval f the following described building, said structure having been
report d to constitut� a Public hazard:

W REAS, it appears that the last known record owners of said
buildi g are as follows:

EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber
of the Court House in said city at 10:00 A.M. on April 29 , 1976 to
consid r the advisability and necessity of ordering the correction or
wrecki g and removal of said structure on the above described property
inasmu h as said structure is reported to constitute a hazard to public
health safety and welfare; be it
RTHER RESOLVED, that the Division of Housing and Building Code
Enforc ment, on behalf of the City Council, notify by mail the record
owners of the property in question at the last known address, as well as
other nterested persons of record, of the date and time of the hearing.
