WHEREAS, the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement
has equested the City Council to hold a public hearing to consider
the dvisability and necessity of the correction or wrecking and re-
mova of the following described building, said structure having been
repo ted to constitute a public hazard:

WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record o�aners of said
buil ing are as follows:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by ar�d

of t e Court House in said city at 10:00 A.M. on April 29, 1976 to
