Presented By Referr d To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date HEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul , by its resolution, Council File o. 266181 , adopted October 9, 1975, approved interim financing for citizen parti ipation within the Neighborhood Development Program areas from the Community Devel pment Year I Dedicated Contingency Fund for Citizen Participation, at the mont ly expenditure rate of $10,516.19, for the period ending May 8, 1976, and that tota allocation for such interim funding be in the amount of $73,613.33; and WliEREAS, the termination date of May 8 was cortnnensurated with Community Deve opment Year I funding; and WHEREAS, Community Development Year I has b�e�n extended through May 31 of 1976, � . so at the Department of Housing and Urban Development may have the legall,y- req ired 75-day review periQd for t�ie Comnunity Development Year II application; and WHEREAS, funding previously appraved by the City Council is sufficient to ext nd the PAC contracts thxough May 31 , 1976; nvw,: therefore, be it RESOLVED, that PAC con�racts be allowed to �ontinue through May 31 , 1976, at the same funding level and under the agreed contrac� currently in effect between th Housing and Redevelopment Authority and the PAC's, as per Cow�n�il File No. �6 l 8� .
