WHEREAS, The City Council, pursuant to Chapter 21 of the
A nistrative Code, did hold a public hearing on March 18,
197 , in the City Council Chambers for the purpose of establish-
ing the level of service of Street Maintenance to be performed
in he City of Saint Paul and the amount of service charges to
be evied against benefitted property; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
doe hereby determine that the program of Street Maintenance
Se ices to be performed within the City of Saint Paul shall b�
in � `e manner as set forth and described in the attached report
of he: Department of Public Works, and the Department of Publi�
Wor s is hereby authorized to perform the necessary work as set
for in said report and shall, in accordance with said Chapter
21 f the Administrative Code, keep an accurate record of all
cos s attributable to the progrAan and report such information
to he Depaxtment of Finance and Management Services.
