WHEREAS, Corvette Home Industries, Inc. , 911 West 80th
Stre t, Bloomington, Minnesota, made application for a building
cont actor' s license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 17, 1975,
on t e License Inspector' s recommendation of denial, to receive
evid nce concerning four allegations of misconduct by the
appl cant, and such hearing was continued; and
WHEREAS, the License Inspector and the applicant discussed
the llegations, and agreed that upon several conditions being
atta hed to the license, the License Inspector would recommend
appr val of the application; and
WHEREAS, the License Committee, after reviewing the record,
and eceiving written views from the applicant, approved
iss ce of the license subject to those several conditions;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the .1iEense application of Corvette Home
Indu tries is hereby approved, and the License Inspector directe�d
to i sue said license subject to the several conditions as follows:

1. The lieensee sha.11 not assign or sell any contract,
note obligation, or other commerci��. paper executed by any
cust cn�r, during the period in whi�h the customer has the
righ to cancel such contract, note, obligation or other
coctim rcial paper. This period shall terminate at midnight
of t e third business day a�ter the day on which said note,
cont act, obligation or other commercial paper is executed
by t e customer.

2. The licensee shall not perform any work on any
cust mer' s home or other building or premises during the
peri d for cancellation, as defined above in paragraph one.
3. The licensee shall comply with all building and
zoni g code requirements of the City of Saint Paul, obtaining all
perm ts required by such codes prior to commencing any work.
4. The licensee will in all cases attach the legally
requ red "notice of cancellation" to its contracts.
5. The licensee shall be fully responsible for the
qual ty of work performed by it on its behalf in the City of
Sain Paul.
