This MOU applies to all individuats employed by the City in the Parks & Rec Department in the fiEle of Parks Worker on the date of this agreement and a12 individuals who will be employed in the title of Pfuks Worker II. The parties understand and agree ta the foliowing: For oositions that are cansidered Parks Worker positions on the date of this MOU: No employee in thc title of Yarks Worker, who holds the title of Parks Worker on the date of this MOU, shall be laid off while a Farks '�X�orker II is working in one of these positions heid by a Pazks Worker on the date af ttais NIOL7. A Parks Worker who is moved back into one o£these positions shall continue to bc paid as a Pazks Worker. 2 For new posit;ons that will be occu�bv emrolovees holdine the title of Parks Worker II; Parks Workers, employed by Yhe Ciry on the date of t3us MOU, shall be considered to have seniority in the Parks VJorker II tifle based on theu seniority date as a Yarks Worker.
