authorized and directed to execute an agreement w3.th James
B. McComb for consultant services in connection with up-
datinq the 1974 St. paul Tax Study and researching and pre-
par3nq a report determining 3.f services provided by St. paul
can be correla�ted with demoqraphic, soci�l and other statistics
that demonstrate the need for the services provided by the
City; that the terms and conditions of such aqreement shall
be on file in the Department of Finance and Manaqement
Services.
