RESOLVED that pursuant to the CDBG Program and Budget for
Year II heretofore approved and the proposed Agency Agreement
with HRA now under Council consideration, the Department of
Finance and Management Services is authorized and directed to
make advance payments to HRA in amounts up to $275,000.00�
to be expended for HRA administrative expenses, to be chaxged
to CD Year II funds, and this resolution shall immediately
take ef f ect.

The Finance, Management and Personnel Committee approved
and sent to the City Council for its consideration a
resolution authorizing the Department of Finance �o make
an advance payment to HRA of $275,OOQ to be e,xpended for
administrative expenses.
The Finance, Management and Personnel Corr�nittee approved
and sent to the Gity Cvuncil for its consideration a
resolution authorizing ,execution of an agreement with
James McComb for consultant services �n connection with
upda�ting the 1974 St. Paul Tax Study.
