WHEREAS, the Division of Housing and Building� Code
Enforcement recommends that the Northern States Power Company be granted
permission to erect a 160 ft. chain link fence aeross the property at
680 Barge Channel Access Road between Wyoming and Lamprey Streets,
said fence to have one strand of barbed wige for security purposes; therefore
be it
RESOLVED, that said fence installation is to be in conformance
with Section 4.05-14 of the Sai�t� Paul L�gislative Code and that the
permit for erection of said fence shall not be granted until the required
Certificate of Insurance indemnifying the'City of Saint Paul is submitted and
approved by the Corporation Counsel as to form and in an amount as set forth
in Minnesota Statutes 466.04.

States Power Comnany pawer plant expansion serving the Metro Waste
Control plant at 680 Barge Channel Access Road. The Northern States
Pawe�Company will be required to file $10,000 Certificate of Insurance
protection with the City �f St. Paul.

Gentlemen:
The Division of Housing & Building Code Enforcement has received
a request from Northern States Power Company to erect a chain link
fence with one strand of barbed wire at the subject location.
A field inspection has been made of the above site and the Division
can see no objection to granting this request. We hereby recommend
approval.
