That the petitioner shall pay a11 costs and expenses for any reconstruction of the Dewey/LTniversity and Dewey/Feronia intersections that may be necessary to properly eliminate the appearance of a public thoroughfare, including but not limited to costs for new curbs, sidewalks, boulevuds, storm drains and street sign removal, all to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Warks. That the petitioner shall notify the Department of Public works regazding removal of street lighting within the vacated area. All costs for the removal shall be the responsibility of the petitioner. No buildings, structures, trees or any temporary structure, material storage, fixture, or any 9 other objects that will prohibit normal access to utility facIlities for maintenance purposes 10 will be pernutted within the easement area. 11 12 b.
